Training That Keeps Moving

Your training record.

Every program. Every coach. Every chapter.

Your work stays with you. Change programs, coaches, teams, or seasons without leaving your training history behind. Know what to do today—and keep building on everything that came before.

02Two Perspectives

Built for the athlete. Built for the coach.

One training record. Two perspectives.

For Athletes

Change programs, pause when life intervenes, or work with a coach — your training history stays with you, the next session stays clear, and you choose what to show beyond it.

For Coaches

Guide athletes and teams, organize your roster, collaborate with your coaching staff, assign training, and communicate in one place — from the same record the athlete uses, without forcing the athlete into a separate coaching system.

Help athletes discover your coaching and connect with you on AthleticPeak Pro.

03Resilience

A plan that bends. A record that doesn't.

Training gets fragmented when programs, tools, teams, and coaches change. Your record shouldn't. Pause for travel or recovery. Shift your schedule. Change programs. End a program early. Train independently, join a team, or invite a coach. Completed work remains completed, training history remains intact, and the next session stays clear.

Life can change the plan without erasing the work.

  • Completed work is preserved when you pause or resume.
  • Changing programs does not erase training history.
  • Ending a program early keeps its chapter in your record.
  • Adding or removing a coach does not replace the athlete's record.
  • A new team or season continues the same record — nothing resets.

04Connected Proof

Same record. Different jobs.

The athlete trains in one focused experience. With the athlete's permission, an authorized coach sees the connected counterpart—Progress, completed work, shared notes, and Program Reports—so coaching decisions come from the same truthful record.

The athlete trains. The coach sees what they need to coach.

Coaching access begins only when the athlete accepts an invitation and ends when they remove the coach. Personal notes stay private unless the athlete explicitly shares them, and bodyweight is never shared with a coach.

05Purposeful Programming

Start with programming built for intent.

Choose from strength, bodyweight, and athletic programs calculated from your numbers, placed on your schedule, and tracked in one history. Build a foundation, develop long-term strength, specialize and peak, or prepare for athletic performance. You can also build custom training or work with a coach.

06Visible Progress

Programs are chapters. Your progress is the story.

Your training history stays with you across every program. See the work you have built — movement history, personal records, and a training timeline that connects each chapter to the next. What was planned, what you completed, how your lifts changed, and Program Reports for completed chapters, all in one record that continues when programs change. Log each day's work in Full or Focus mode and see it confirmed — then watch the chapters connect.

07Public Showcase

Show the work you're proud of.

Your public athlete page is yours to curate. Choose the accomplishments it displays, add the highlight links that matter, and share one personal URL — an optional, selective page that is separate from your private training history. Nothing appears on it unless you decide it belongs there.

  • Choose the accomplishments your public page displays
  • Add highlight links you want people to see
  • Share one personal URL, on your terms
  • Private training history stays private — the showcase is selective

08Quiet Utilities

The right tool, only when you need it.

Estimate a 1RM, load the bar, print a session sheet, review form, or open an exercise demonstration. The tools appear in context, then get out of the way of the work.

Estimate a practical one-rep max from a completed set, then translate it into useful working percentages.

09Credibility

Built from real coaching and teaching.

AthleticPeak Pro was built to remove the friction that appears when serious training meets real life—so athletes and coaches can stay focused on the work itself. David Brannan developed it from decades coaching pole vault and strength athletes and teaching the programming behind the system.
